Application Form

The Village Markets accepts applications for new stall holders weekly. Applications must fit into one of TVM's categories and be completed in full to be considered.

Applications for 2019 have closed. You can still apply however your application will reconsider for 5 January markets onwards.

Acceptance to The Village Markets is via a competitive process. Please ensure your provide as much detailed information as possible and high quality, styled images of your products. TVM reserves the right to decline any application based on suitability or otherwise.

Applications successfully submitted will receive immediate confirmation shown on this page. If you receive an error message, please resubmit your application.

The Village Markets accepts applications for food and/or beverage stalls only when a GCCC or Brisbane mobile food license and public liability insurance is supplied along with the application (specific terms and rates apply). Food stalls must adhere to our waste management policy, which includes ensuring all food packaging/serving items are biodegradable and that commercial waste is sorted, separated and disposed of off-site. TVM is a plastic-free event and working towards being zero-waste.

    I filled out the boxes for a stgall at your Paradise pOINT MARKET AND THEN IT DISAPEARED.

    COULD SOMEONE PLEASE CONTACT ME ON 0412331056 YVONNE HOWARD.

    we want a regualr stall the last Sunday of every month.

    Could you please let me know how much you charge for a site? and if there are any sites available.
    I have left phone messages and someone from Burleigh Heads Market rang me . I told her it was too far for us to travel and she didnt seem to know anything about the Paradise Point Market.

    Hi, have filled application 3x now – as soon as I reach the “regulations” tick box, this defaults to the regulations and there is no way of moving forward to submit? If I go back, all the information written is lost! All my images are correct and all information is complete; maybe there is a bug in your system? Can you contact me so that I can complete my application?

    Hi Im just trying to get a contact email address to send through a copy of our PLI. I have just applied for my business Tali and Sand but forgot to include this. I am clicking on ‘Email it to us’ but its doesn’t want to provide your email address. Are you able to please let me know this so that I can email our PLI policy.

    Hi, I am not having any sucess with the application form, as I am unable to reduce the size of my insurance form and it is too big to upload. Could someone please call me on 0435 396 006 or alternatively do you have an email that I can send a copy of my insurance to and details, cheers. Tracy
