We love nothing more than to see our beautiful community of creative entrepreneurs flourish. Here we share a testimonial from one of our biggest success stories to date, Lisa McDonald of Grace Bijoux.
Lisa founded her business here on the Gold Coast in 2012, launching with a stall at TVM and since gone on to achieve a devoted online following including 132K+ Instagram followers, her products have been featured in Sports Illustrated and are worn by key fashion influencers, she has secured worldwide stockists throughout Australia, UK, USA and beyond including online platforms such as Revolve.
"I owe a great deal of my success to TVM!
There really was no better place for me to start out and get my name out there. It is such a beautiful community of insanely talented creatives. The support you receive from not only the customers but from the other stall holders is like no other and it always felt like family to be there with everyone. From day one I felt entirely lifted and inspired by the TVM team, they believed in me and gave me the chance I needed. TVM grew my business in more ways than just selling my products, opportunities came through meeting so many amazing customers and high profile bloggers who appreciated local design. The feedback you gain from the diverse amount of people viewing your designs up close and personal was invaluable. That allowed me to learn what my customers loved and wanted to see more of. I am forever grateful to Marissa and Sarah for giving me a start. And also so grateful for all the creatives I met there who encouraged me with my crazy, out there designs as they are what Grace Bijoux is so known for now!
Thanks TVM, for everything! xxx"
