Our sister act combined creative minds in 2012 & we are submarine was born.
What pieces are included within your range?
Think mesh & lace, bright colours, high waists, bold lines & our brand new swimwear designs. . .Sub Swim!
What is your creative background?
Emily – Cert IV Fashion Design & Technology
Monica – Diploma of specialist make-up services.
Where is the label designed and made?
Designed here, there & everywhere, made in Indonesia.
What inspires you?
Past & present.
Latest collection consists of?
A whole lot of mesh, transparent leotards, twin sets, metallics, flowy skirts, high waist lines, things with frills, & neon bikini’s… It’s got a bit of everything, we call it Organised Chaos.
What's on your mood board?
It’s bold, bright, shiny, and chaotic.
What’s your creative space like?
It smells like sea salt and sounds like Fergie.
What music do you listen to while designing/creating?
Rodriguez , Devo! And…..Fergie
A day in the life of you consists of?
Forever growing our Submarine.
Favourite TVM stall (besides yours of course)?
Whoever sells us the best coffee (The Wandering Bean & A Ship Called Hummingbird) and/or sunflowers (Crystal Creek Flowers)!
