Here she shares her tips and also an incredible immune boosting shake recipe!

Some of the best natural immune boosting supplements that can reduce the severity of a viral infection include high dose Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Iodine, Zinc, Lactoferrin, AHCC and beta glucans, Berberine, Artemisinin, Medicinal Mushrooms, Andrographis and anti-viral herbs like Baikal Skullcap, Rhodiola, Cat’s Claw, Andrographis, Licorice, Kudzu, Goldenseal and others." says Ellis.

1 tablespoon of a organic, vegan protein powder

A small knob of ginger
