Happy International Women's Day from TVM founders Marissa and Sarah. This years theme is #choosetochallenge and we’re sharing what our community are choosing to challenge in 2021. As a business, we’re choosing to challenge gender bias and will continue to celebrate the achievements of women in our community, to empower others! We celebrate women owned and women led business everyday and will continue to champion the women in our community. Being a mama, I feel it’s important to question bias, stereotypes and inequality. Everyday is International Womens Day at our home and I hope these daily discussions will make a difference in my daughters lives and instil a confidence in them that they can do anything and that by questioning the status quo, they are making change a reality.
