What do I get?

If you book a TVM event, this will be posted directly to your directory listing so customers know when your next event appearance will be.

How do I create my listing and can I edit my copy?

Once you've signed up, you'll receive a link to the dashboard to create your listing. You can upload and edit your copy and images at anytime, using your profile editing options via the portal.

All uploading and editing is done by the user to ensure you are 100% happy with your outcome and free to update it anytime.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes you can cancel at anytime by emailing our team.

Where do I fill out my business info?

Once you've been accepted, you'll receive a link to create your listing via our dashboard. TVM stallholders also have access to this link via the portal.

When is the Virtual Village live?

1st December 2020

Will I be reminded before payment debits so I can cancel if I don't want to proceed?

Once you have booked your listing and joined our Virtual Village, you will receive monthly email updates to let you know how your listing is tracking and within this email, you will also have the option to cancel your listing at any time.

Will I be locked in for 12 months?

No, you will not be locked in and can cancel your listing at any time.

Membership is for 12 months with your first month FREE. Your listing can be updated and edited at any time. Final content approval is at the discretion of The Village Markets.
