Step by Step Guide to the Stall Holder Portal

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Hopefully this little step-by-step guide will answer any questions you may have about how to use our portal to book your TVM stall.

Please remember, it’s mandatory that all stalls BOOK for every TVM online using this system. The portal is also where you will find setup instructions, stalls confirmed, the site plan, your stall number, plus you must book using the portal to receive your receipt. So, it’s very important you know how to use this system.

STALL BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Login to the stallholder portal (login via the main menu under LOGIN HERE)

Once you have logged in to the portal, you should see the Stallholder Information page. If you don’t see this page, go to this page http://thevillagemarkets.co/stall-holder-portal/To the right hand side of this page is a calendar titled ‘CALENDAR.’ Or ‘LIST OF UPCOMING EVENTS’. Here you hover over the correct TVM date you wish to book for and click to select.

  1. Select your desired Stall Type from the drop down and any optional extras
  2. You will then be required to complete your registration information.
  3. Include your code for PLI when checking out if you have previously supplied your PLI and were issued a code. You must do this prior to booking as refunds are not issued.
  4. Follow the steps for payment confirmation/receipt

Please select one of the available payment methods (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Afterpay or Cash (only if you have prepaid at a previous TVM event). Your booking will only be complete if you select a payment method.

All bookings will be confirmed via email instantly when completed with payment.

Please then use the Stallholder Information page as your one stop shop for all TVM related info, such as setup instructions, site plan, stall number, stall confirmation etc.

TRANSFER YOUR BOOKING

Should you wish to transfer your booking, please follow the below process:

  1. Email us at stalls@thevillagemarkets.co to arrange your transfer 48 hour notice required 

NOTE - Transfers close 48 hours prior to each market and fees can only be transferred once to the next consecutive event at the same location.

USING A MOBILE DEVICE

Login to the portal as above

Scroll down until you see the calendar and follow step 3 above.

MY BOOKINGS

You can check all of your bookings and download PDF invoices via the ‘MY ACCOUNT’ link in the portal.

FAQs and TROUBLESHOOTING

What are my login details?

Your login details were provided with your welcome email. Please check this for your username and password

How can I pay?

Follow the credit card or Paypal links that are listed in the portal when booking to make your payment.

When are payments open?

Check the event listing for payment open dates.

What is my stall number?

Stall numbers are published in the portal along with the site plan the Friday prior to market day, so check back then.

Unsure if you’ve booked for a market?

Check your bookings under MY BOOKINGS (Beneath the calendar in the portal)

Need receipts for your stall fees?

Download all receipts from MY BOOKINGS in the portal.

I’ve logged in and can’t see the calendar?

I can’t remember my password?

Use the Lost Password link below the portal login on the homepage or use this link http://thevillagemarkets.co/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

 

STILL HAVING TROUBLE?

Should you have issues with not being able to login to the portal, using your login details provided, please try clearing your cache, browsing history and resetting your password.

Or if you haven’t attended TVM for over one month, your stall holder login has been deactivated and you’re required to reapply via our website.
