About Ebony Rose
Internationally renowned musician, Ebony Rose (20) has worked alongside some of the Australian music industry’s biggest names. Ebony has toured America and Europe a number of times, and at an early age, Ebony was awarded an Independent Label Development Deal. She had worldwide recognition for her song writing right from the first year - with success in Nashville and a debut in front of 30,000 people as pre match entertainment at a Roosters vs. Cowboys NRL game. Along the way Ebony has supported Troy Cassar Daley (Multi-award-winning Australian country musician), Phil Emmanuel (Australia’s Greatest Electric Guitar Player), James Reyne ( Australian rock musician, “Australian crawl” and soloist) and Stan Walker (Winner of Australian Idol). She has also performed at events/ festivals/ appearances which featured The Veronica’s (Worldwide Pop Duo success), The Collective (X Factor Boy Band), Nathaniel (X Factor Artist), Jen Hawkins (Miss Universe Australia), Giuliana & Bill Rancic (Reality TV Stars), David Campbell (Singer and Tv Host), Beau Ryan (NRL star and Footy Show Host Channel Nine Network), Prinnie Stevens (the Voice artist), and Casey Barnes (Australian Idol artist) as headline acts. Recently Ebony performed with James Morrison (multi-instrumental Australian jazz musician). Based in SE Queensland, Ebony is known for her exceptional live performances. She has performed for the last 3 Prime Ministers of Australia, the Governor General (Dame Quentin Alice Louise Bryce AD, CVO), Brisbane/ Ipswich/ Gold Coast/ Logan City Mayors and various Chamber of Commerces (predominantly Logan COC and Logan Country COC). Former Accompanist and Second Soprano of Australia’s Cantabile Choir, Ebony participated in the World Choir Olympics multiple times ( Multi Gold and Silver Medalist for Australia) and the television show Battle of the choirs - hosted by David Koch (Kochi) Television Presenter. Since then, Ebony has taken off on her own and has been providing live music to weddings, functions and events since 2009. An accomplished vocalist, pianist and guitarist, Ebony has also been cast for acting jobs as well. Her first stint was in 2011 as a piano player double for lead actress in the TV show Lightning Point. Jonathan M Shiff/BudHopes/ Network Ten/ Nickelodeon. Stemming from this was the opportunity to play piano alongside Craig McLachlan - a Gold Logie award winning Australian actor. Ebony is currently involved in many other acting projects which will be publicised as contracts permit her to.
