The TVM Insta Market was created during the COVID-19 global pandemic, as we aimed to swiftly adapt to the closure of our flagship events, by ensuring we could continue providing a platform for creative small businesses to promote their brands and retail their wares.
After the success of our first ever Insta Market in March, which saw over 1 million impressions and attracted creative small businesses from around the globe and the ongoing demand for the event to continue on a regular basis, The Village Markets will continue to hold the Insta Markets once per month.
How does it work?
The TVM Insta Market will take place once per month, running from a Friday afternoon to a Sunday afternoon.
For Brands:
Small creative brands can apply to be a part of this virtual market place, via our website application form.
Once accepted, brands will be welcomed to the TVM community and provided with further instructions.
For shoppers:
It means you are able to shop TVM's incredible boutique small creative business community via the comfort of your own home, using your phone.
All product images will be posted via TVM's Instagram Stories over the course of the allocated weekend.
Images will be showcased in two batches, the first batch will be posted on the Friday afternoon, running for 24 hours. The second batch will be posted on the Saturday afternoon and also running for 24 hours.
Customers can simply browse the selection of images and swipe up to shop a product, via the brands website.
All images will be saved to a dedicated Highlights folder on the TVM Instagram page, for a three month period. This provides an opportunity for you to shop a little longer.
The next TVM Insta Market will be held 12 - 14 June 2020.
